The reporting in the construction industry will change

As of 21 October 2019, the website ( and the relevant interface) will no longer serve filers of construction reports that are compiled in accordance with the 2018 data format specifications. Between 21 October 2019 and 31 December 2019, there will be a break in the reporting of construction-sector information. The reporting will start again on 1 January 2020, with reports compiled in accordance with data format specifications for 2020.

Because of the break, the deadlines are postponed to 5 February 2020 for reporting contract details and employees for the 9/2019, 10/2019, 11/2019 and 12/2019 periods. Starting 1 January 2020, you must file corrections to your reports, and also file any overdue reports that should have been submitted before 21 October 2019, in accordance with the new specifications.

You can visit the test website of already now at to run some tests with the 2020 data format specifications, with the automatic checking routines, and with the process of submittal. Please note that when you prepare a test, you must specify the period as 10/2019 or a later month. It is no longer possible to run tests and submit any reports made according to the data format specifications for the year 2018.

From 1 January 2020 on, you can submit live (non-test) filings for any periods starting from 10/2018 and onwards.
