The Ilmoitin service will be out of service from Friday, November 28th at 5:00 PM to December 2nd, 2025 at 8:00 AM.

• The production environment of the Ilmoitin is changing and therefore the service will be out of service, starting on Friday, November 28th at 5:00 PM and ending on Tuesday, December 2nd at 8:00 AM
  • Applies to both the Ilmoitin.fi service and the ApitamoPKI interface.
  • Please clear your browser cache after the outage.
  • Ilmoitin.fi´s ApitmoPKI interface requires a certificate issued by the Tax Authority´s Certificate Service. If you also need the WSDL file (https://apitesti.ilmoitin.fi/wsapp/apitamopki?wsdl), searching for it also requires the use of a certificate. The WSDL file can also be found without a certificate at https://testi.ilmoitin.fi/wsapp/apitamopki?wsdl.
  • The test environment (testi.ilmoitin.fi) has changed to a new environment on October 22nd, 2025. Test the ApitamoPKI interface and the functionality of testi.ilmoitin.fi in the test environment now.
• The return materials for the direct transfers of pensioners´ 2026 withholding tax data (VKESSELE and RVKESSELE) will be completed on 27 November. They will not be available for download during the outage, so they must be downloaded either before or after the outage.
• In the version released for production at the end of September, the File Check functionality of Ilmoitin.fi was moved behind the login. You can perform the File Check either
  • by logging into the production environment with your own Suomi.fi IDs (e.g. bank IDs or mobile certificate, etc.)
  • or by logging into the test environment using the Test IdP option and a personal ID you have created yourself, where the last part begins with the number 9.
  • If you are using a test ID, please take into account that reports submitted with a test ID are available in the Ilmoitin service for all those who use the same test ID. Do not send any production data in the test environment!
