Version update is going to cause a downtime 19 November between 7:00 and 10:00 am, making both www.ilmoitin.fi and its user interfaces temporarily unavailable.

After the update, Ilmoitin

• Allows for multiple files to be sent at the same time
• Downloads and uploads files differently depending on the requirements of specific browser software (many browsers let you select multiple files when you press the Ctrl key and hold it down).
• Runs a check process for multiple files.
• Shows a Check Review window, listing the accepted files that have passed the checks, requested materials, and any unaccepted files.
• Has a default setting that prevents the duplicate sending of the same files again.


• Has the capability to check the information flows of the construction sector.
• Employee information (the VSRAKYHT and VSTYONTE filings)
• Contract information (the VSRAKYHT and VSURAKKA filings)


• Has an improved background processing feature to work on large filings.
