Update of the check process of construction-sector reporting 1 Oct 2014 at 7:00 am

On 1 October 2014 at 7:00 am there will be a short downtime of Ilmoitin fi and its interfaces. This is due to an update of the file check relating to the submitted reports of the construction sector.

The check now has the following component (as of 23 September): If the user populates one of the three positions having to do with a foreign ID code (150, 302, 452, 502, 602 ? Foreign-issued identity code; 151, 303, 453, 503, 603 ? Type of the foreign-issued code; 152, 304, 454, 504, 604 ? Filer's country of tax residence) on a voluntary basis, they get a prompt message to populate the other two as well.

After the update, the prompt message will not be showing after the user has submitted 'FI' as the country code, and the remaining fields don't have to be populated.

The 'FI' country code is shown erroneously in the example illustration of the Data File Specification. Nevertheless, if the country is Finland, there is no need to give a country code.
