Authorization check

The Ilmoitin.fi gateway makes a check of the filer's authorizations thru Suomi.fi in order to check whether he or she can submit the filing. This check is only run when filings are submitted to the Tax Administration.

Roles that contain the authorization:

• Managing Director
• Managing Director's substitute
• Liquidator
• Property manager
• Property manager of the housing company
• Holder of the right to sign
• Holder of Procuration Rights
• Self-Employed Individual
• Chairman of the Board of Directors
• Member of the Board of Directors
• Partner

The checking of the authorizations is based on Trade Register records except for the Self-Employed Individual, which is checked against the records of the Business Information System.
