There will be a downtime on June 13 between 17.00 and 19.00 making both the Ilmoitin.fi website and its user interfaces temporarily unavailable.

Updated version has the following features:

• Timestamp (code 198) becomes mandatory and is added by the software creating the return as from 13 june 2017 in the following data flows for 2017:
• income tax returns
• annual information returns
• Exception: in tax returns for self-assessed taxes the timestamp becomes mandatory on 28 September. A reminder about the missing timestamp is shown from the 13 June update onwards
• Ilmoitin.fi uses Suomi.fi identification. The user interface will change and a new mobile certificate is added.
• When you sign in to Ilmoitin.fi by using Suomi.fi identification, new roles are available, namely chair of the board of directors, board member and partner in a general or limited partnership.
• Form combinations for income tax returns 2017 will change.
• Annual information returns for 2017 (VSAPUUSE, VSOSLAIE, VSTAKELE, VSVMAKSE, VSLAHVAH, VSPSERIE, VSPSKUST, VSPAOPAL, VSULKOSE) will be changed or corrected.
• all annual information returns will be checked for identifiers 010 and 083
• CRS and DAC2 checks will change
• Xml materials in CRS and DAC2 annual information returns are checked to comply with UTF-8
• Checks of Latvian VAT numbers will change
• Filing and check of applications for refund of the Excise Tax on Energy Products for 2017 (VSYEVP17) is possible.
• Filing and check of CbC group reports for 2017 and of country-specific reportis possible.
• Sending of reference request data flow (VSGVIITE) on self-assessed taxes is possible through Ilmoitin.fi as from 15 June.

• Timestamp (198) is made mandatory and is an information added by the software creating the return (data file specifications are on tax.fi website).
• Annual information returns for 2017 (VSAPUUSE, VSOSLAIE, VSTAKELE, VSVMAKSE, VSLAHVAH, VSPSERIE, VSPSKUST, VSPAOPAL, VSULKOSE) are changed or corrected as regards the identifiers, and all annual information returns will be checked for identifiers 010 and 083 (data file specifications are on tax.fi website).
• Allowed form combinations for income tax returns 2017 are changed (updated table is on tax.fi website).
• The 2017 format and the corresponding data file specification is added for the data flow of the application for refund on the Excise Tax on Energy Products (VSYEVP17) (Updated data file specifications will be available at tax.fi).
• Format and TaMo checks of the data flow for the reporting obligation in CbC Group Reports for 2017 are added (data format specification is on tax.fi website).
• CbC and DAC4 country-by-country report is added (technical instructions are on the tax.fi website).
