There will be a downtime 16 June 2015 between 07.00 and 09.00 a.m. during which neither the ilmoitin.fi website nor its user interfaces will be available.

New features in the updated version:

• When reports on building contracts details are filed, a warning is displayed if both the Amount invoiced so far (403) and the Amount paid so far (404) are submitted in parallel for a contract;
• Filing and check of applications for refund on the Excise Tax on Energy Products for 2015 (VSYEVP15);
• Filing and check of Transfer Tax Return Form;
• Profit surplus data for cooperatives with less than 500 members (VSOKERIE; VSOKVYHT) gets value S (formerly P).

Information to software developers regarding this version update

Ilmoitin

• Master Users and Parallel Master Users can from now on submit reports from their own organization's sub-accounting units.
• VAT Recapitulative Statement - the Excel template for sales of new means of transport to non-VAT liable persons is now in the xlsx format.

TaMo

• A check has been added regarding data flow of reports on construction work.
• Starting 16 June there will be a remark if both the Amount invoiced so far (403) and the Amount paid so far (404) are submitted in parallel for a contract; it is however possible to file the report with both data; starting 23 September the warning will be substituted by an error message, and it will no longer be possible to file reports including both data.
• The 2015 format and the corresponding data file specifications are added to the data flow of the application for refund on the Excise Tax on Energy Products (VSYEVP15) (Updated data file specifications available at tax.fi).
• The format and data file specification for the Transfer Tax (VSVARAIN) are added (Updated data file specifications available at tax.fi).
• In the data flow for Profit surplus (VSOKERIE; VSOKVYHT), the value for cooperatives with less than 500 members is changed from P to S.
